If it wasn't love at first sight...

MIMPIANI pieces are carefully and lovingly selected - but if you feel you haven't got exactly what you imagined, we'll gently sort it out. Returning with us is a simple, soul-soothing process.

How do you start a return or replacement request?

  • Open the Product return / Exchange request menu item in the footer of the website

  • Enter your order number and e-mail address,

  • Choose the reason for return and the method of refund. 

Where do you send the piece back to?

Please pack the product carefully and send it by post or courier to this address:

⛔ Personal returns are currently not available.

The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the buyer, except:

  • If you have received a faulty product,

  • If you received a different product than the one you ordered ➡️ please contact us!

Please put it in the package:

  • A printed copy of the invoice received at the time of purchase (This is necessary to make processing smooth.)

Refund methods - you can choose!

  • As a voucher - in the form of MIMPIANI credits,

  • By bank transfer - to the account number you specify.

If the redeemable coupon option, the system will automatically send the new coupon code by email after the return is processed. ➡️ This coupon will contain the value of the returned item(s) and you are welcome to use it for your next purchase.

When is the refund made?

After receipt of the returned pieces, at the latest within 14 working days we will refund the amount - depending on which option you choose.

Refunds will always be made according to the payment method used at the time of purchase. We will send you an automatic email notification of the launch.

Please note that bank refunds can take 1-3 working days.
