Delivery of packages
1) The Service Provider delivers the orders placed in the Webshop to the Users via courier services of Boxy Zrt., MPL or FOXPOST in Hungary. Orders from abroad are delivered by PACTIC and DPD. Parcel delivery is provided by FOXPOST and MPL.
Deliveries are made on working days between 08:00 and 17:00. Please provide a delivery address where you can arrange for a courier to meet you during this period.
2) The courier service for delivery attempt twice to. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the User may be charged again for the delivery.
3) Following the order, the delivery company will contact you on the contact details provided agrees with the User on the expected time of delivery.
4) During promotional periods and for special products extended delivery time should be calculated. The Service Provider thanks customers for their patience.

Orders are accepted only pre-payment online can be met. For international deliveries, the free delivery not available. For all orders from abroad, the system automatically adds the delivery charge to the total amount of the order, based on the tariff per country.
